Rocky Ridge Counseling and Wellness

As a counselor, it is my greatest joy to see healing and positive change happen in the lives of my clients. My goal is to provide a safe space that encourages vulnerability, hope, and real growth. My clients include all diversities and ages from children, adolescents, and adults, to couples, families, and those who have special needs, such as autism, dyslexia, and other learning differences. In addition to having a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I also have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Over the years, I’ve integrated small group work as a method for helping individuals learn to process experienced trauma. I have also counseled children and adults who struggle with anxiety and depression. I work from an individualized approach to meet the needs of each client. I understand that when a child or family member struggles, the entire family is affected. Because of this, I’m passionate about providing therapy that will promote individual growth and healing, while supporting the family unit as a whole.
